• How do I register?

Students can also register through phone call, email, whatsapp or in person at our centre. You will need to fill in a registration form for the enrolling student.

  • How can I pay for a lesson?

Estudy offers a range of payment methods, including:

    ● Credit card payment (Visa/Master/Union Pay) in our centre

    ● Cheque to “Estudy Education Centre” (By post/in person)

    ● Cash

    ● Bank transfer (Hang Seng Bank)

Fees should be paid at least 3 working days prior to the first day of each month. Fees paid are not transferable or refundable.

  • What happens if the student cannot attend a paid lesson?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, make-up lesson must be taken within the same month and not carried forward to the following month.

A maximum of one make-up lesson may be made in a month.

Whilst we try our best to arrange for the same teacher for make-up lesson, we reserve the right to change the time and teacher for any make-up or regular lessons as we see fit and reasonable.

There will be no second make-up arrangement if student fails to attend the agreed first make-up lesson.

  • When should I confirm the following month’s lessons and how?

You may confirm a lesson with us by calling us at +852 2803 0073 or whatsapp +852 6905 7888 or email info@estudy.edu.hk during office hours. Please note that all lessons must be confirmed by the date listed on the proposed timetable.

  • What happens if there is a typhoon or rainstorm?

We will be closed when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or black rainstorm warning is hoisted and will resume classes two hours after the warning is lowered or removed.

If it is necessary that Estudy be closed and lessons cancelled due to weather conditions, classes will be rescheduled at times agreed and within the same month. If a student cannot attend the scheduled make-up class for whatever reasons, no refunds, credits transfer, or further make-up classes will be offered.
